We do not operate on a trade credit basis, which means our client’s money is ring fenced for their project.
We operate a joint project client bank account, which allows our clients to maintain control of their money until all suppliers and sub-contractors are paid in full.
We prepare a detailed cash-flow prior to project commencement, which allows our clients to accurately plan their project funding requirements.
We enter into one contract with the client for the entire project and support this with a similar contract to all sub-suppliers which means our client has one point of contact.
The package tendering process is totally transparent to the client, always ensuring best value and quality in the market.
Our supply chain pricing policy allows our clients to plan on the basis of a net package price, for which we charge a package management fee, again ensuring total transparency of costs to the client.
All suppliers and sub-contractors are paid within five working days of funds clearing in our joint bank account.

Post Fit-out
We manage the big move - Taking the pressure off our client. We will put together a communications plan, so your team are really part of your office re-location project. We will test and re-test your IT and electrical systems. We will ensure that your re-location date is set in stone, right from the start, so you can just walk in, switch on and hit the ground running.
Aftercare and asset management – We offer an independent service as a management company operating outside the supply chain, ensuring cost competitiveness and a high quality of service. This approach makes us different from our competitors, giving us freedom to listen to market forces and select our specialist partners.
